Fondazione Samothrace announces the conclusion of the procedure for the direct award of the technical-specialist service for the definition, drafting, and implementation of a Strategic Plan for the consolidation and enhancement of the Foundation. This initiative is part of the “Sicilian Micro and Nano Technologies Research and Innovation Center (SAMOTHRACE)” project, funded by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) – Mission 4 “Education and Research”.
Following the “Call for Market Survey” published on December 18, 2025 , the Foundation received three (3) applications from the following economic operators:

After a thorough evaluation of the proposals, the assignment has been officially awarded to ELIS Innovation Hub S.r.l..
The activities, which include the development of the strategic roadmap, business model design, and feasibility studies, are expected to be completed by April 15, 2026.
The economic operators who were not selected for this specific assignment will remain included in the Foundation’s list of qualified suppliers. Their candidacies may be considered for future procurement procedures or collaborations, in line with their demonstrated expertise.
